  • In a small bowl whisk together the miso paste and a ladleful of the hot broth until smooth.
  • Pour the miso mixture into the pot and stir to combine.
  • Simmer the soup for an additional 1-2 minutes
  • Make sure not to boil it after adding the miso paste as this can destroy the beneficial probiotics.
  • Ladle the soup into bowls and serve hot.
